La Saint Patrick est célébrée le 17 mars en Irlande et dans d’autres pays du monde.
A cette occasion, les élèves ont inventé de petites histoires sur le thème avec 4 mots imposés:
1/ Leprechaun / pot of gold / storm / lemonade:
Once upon a time, there was a leprechaun who went for a walk with his pot of gold to buy and drink a lemonade. All of a sudden, a storm burst so the leprechaun looked for a shelter and waited for the end of the storm. The leprechaun went home but once he arrived, he realised that he lost his pot of gold. He investigated for years without ever finding it.
2/ Leprechaun / snake / mountain / carrot:
A leprechaun was hungry. He saw a carrot but there was also a snake. When the snake saw the leprechaun, it was afraid and climbed on the mountain. The leprechaun ate the carrot.
3/ Leprechaun / rainbow / cheese / dance:
Once upon a time, there was a leprechaun who went shopping. When he went back to his house, a big rainbow appeared suddenly in front of him. The leprechaun went to the end of the rainbow and saw a cauldron. He ran to the cauldron to take all the gold. He beacame rich so he danced for 55 minutes. As he had a lot of gold, he returned to the shop to buy 10 enormous cheeses. 15 days later, he died of a lactose intolerance but the little leprechaun gave all his money to the poor leprechauns of his village.
4/ Leprechaun / mosquito / pot of gold / cloud
Once upon a time there was a leprechaun. His name was Shaun. He fetched hispot of gold under a cloud but was bitten by a mosquito. It hurt, poor thing.
5/ Leprechaun / fall in love / shamrock / mirror
A leprechaun lived in Dublin. He was alone. His name was Junior. One day, he went for a walk, met a snowman and fell in love. He gave the snowman ten shamrocks and a mirror. But with the sun, the mirror reflected the light and the snowman melted. Since then, the leprechaun voted for the ecology party.
6/ Leprechaun / fiddle / fly / catastrophe
A leprechaun flew with his fiddle. He didn’t play properly so he caused a series of catastrophes.
Happy Saint Patrick’s Day! 😉
